Senior Software Engineer (.NET / C#)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET to build and scale our flagship Presales CRM platform. You will develop high-performance backend services, design reliable APIs, optimize databases, and contribute to AI-powered product capabilities. The role involves end-to-end feature ownership, technical decision-making, code quality improvements, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities 10
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Optimize database performance using Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, and raw SQL.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Implement caching, rate limiting, and distributed locking using Redis.
- Develop background jobs, messaging workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Conduct code reviews and follow clean coding, testing, and software design practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams on feature planning, releases, and technical decisions.
- Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code to improve development productivity while maintaining code quality.
Required skills and qualifications 12
- 5 to 8 years of backend development experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6 or later.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API, middleware, dependency injection, authentication, and API versioning.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including indexing, execution plans, transactions, and connection pooling.
- Working knowledge of Redis and distributed caching.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and thread safety.
- Experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Azure App Service, Functions, Service Bus, and Blob Storage.
- Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using xUnit, NUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products such as CRM, ERP, or marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Hangfire, or similar messaging and background processing tools.
- Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, or Grafana.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience integrating Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business API, telephony platforms, or real estate portals.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of the real estate, proptech, or sales-tech industry.
- Exposure to Java or Spring Boot.
