When you come to our website, we automatically collect information from browsers, devices, and servers in order to know more about you and in the quest to assist/serve you better. On your permission, we will be able to access your location, phone media location, purely for business needs. We collaborate with Google, Facebook, and other real estate integrated markets such as magic bricks, 99 acres, housing.com. We may collect your information through your engagement or interactions with us on any of our social media platforms [Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram].
Gmail integration
With your permission, we will be able to access your Gmail account from where we only extract the leads/contacts to manage your leads. In order to provide you (users) with effective services, we check your email by scanning through certain real estate terms and by real estate companies/listers. Thereon we will be able to scrape data. This helps you manage your lead data at one single point i.e. leadrat Lead Management. Basically, leads from your email to our database so that you can easily manage.
Disclosure
The Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, will be followed by leadrat app's use of and transfer to any other app of information obtained through Google APIs. We restrict access to users’ personal information to those of our employees & others who need it for work-related purposes only. If we disclose your information to third parties, they need to take reasonable security precautions & have a legitimate purpose for doing so, which is usually to assist you.
Retaining personal information
Your personal information will be retained with us till the account is active. If at any given point in time you would like to withdraw the services from us and want the data to be removed from our database in that case, please email us at hello@leadrat.com Your information will be deleted from our database within 14 days of withdrawal unless any legal aspect arises. The data will not be deleted in case of any legal proceedings. As a part of data protection regulations the said action will be taken into consideration asap.
