About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Associate who has complete knowledge of HR operations, Indian labor laws, hiring processes, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be extroverted, confident in public speaking, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
- Assist in handling PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee general administrative activities, including office supplies and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Public Interaction & Communication:
- Conduct HR presentations and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Represent HR in internal meetings and public/company events.
- Ensure clear communication across teams and departments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR/Management.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, hiring, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Extroverted personality with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
