Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, and supporting our sales team. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, experience with cold calling, lead generation, and CRM tools are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the lead database using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and follow-up on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Communicate fluently and professionally in Hindi and English to engage customers effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Real Estate domain is a plus.
