The ideal candidate should be <strong>extroverted, confident in public speaking, and possess strong communication skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recruitment &amp; Hiring:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HR Operations &amp; Compliance:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>Indian labor laws<\/strong> and company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in handling PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee Engagement &amp; Relations:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrative Duties:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee general administrative activities, including office supplies and facility management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public Interaction &amp;
